Don't take your preacher's / teacher's / rabbi's / priest's / whoever's word for it. Take the WORD of our Heavenly Father that sent it to us in his letter to us that we call a Bible. Remember that our Bible is "translated" out of the Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek. These "translations" are often incorrect, misleading and the source of doctrinal error. You, should use all the tools you can locate to help you check out anything to may be contradictory to what you have always heard to discover whether these "commentators" are correct in what they teach. Some typical tools are a Bible, a Concordance, a Bible Dictionary, a Hebrew and Greek Dictionary, Reference Works and Commentaries. Get the best you can find and afford, it will be worth it. Remember they are just commentators like your Sunday School Teacher, Preacher, Rabbi, Bishop or the writer of religious books that you may posses. Remember that we may not always immediately understand, but with much prayer and the Father's will, we can know the truth. Also, never ever forget or be misled in anyway about the original Scriptures. They are not a translation, but the Father's actual inspired Word. The Scriptures are 100% absolutely correct and never in error.
